The Analytical Flow Cytometry Component of the Duke CFAR Immunology Core recently purchased a new BD Special Order Research Product (SORP) LSRFortessa. The LSRFortessa is a custom-designed, five-laser system (blue, red, green, violet, and ultra violet excitation sources) with 22 colors, capable of measuring up to 20 parameters simultaneously. The system is designed to take advantage of antibodies conjugated with PE/PE-tandems, brilliant violet and brilliant ultra-violet dyes.
