In this workshop, you will be introduced to the single cell gene expression analysis journey. Analysis begins at experimental design.
Together we will explore how to analyze your single cell sequencing data through the use of a sample data set and the power of Cell Ranger and the 10x Cloud Analysis platform. From there we will discuss how to assess the data quality using Cell Ranger Web Summaries and using the Loupe Browser, visualization software, for initial analysis.
To wrap things up, each participant will have the opportunity to map out their own analysis journey moving forward by sitting down with the FAS team from 10x Genomics and local onsite bioinformaticians.
