Healing After Disaster: A Two-Part Series on Duke's Global Health Work in Nepal Following the 2015 Earthquakes

About the Lecture: This lecture is part two in Healing After Disaster: A Two-Part Series on Duke's Global Health Work in Nepal Following the 2015 Earthquake. Michel Landry will discuss his role in bringing rehabilitation expertise to Nepal after the 2015 earthquakes. Landry worked with Handicap International, a non-profit organization that runs programs in health, rehabilitation and social and economic integration, the World Health Organization and Nepal's Ministry of Health and Population and Leprosy Control Division to respond to the dramatic surge of injured people. Lunch will be provided.
